I have no bluetooth on my car radio and have looked @ I think EVERYTHING to get calls hands free and boost my satnav sound.

I dont want any form of idea that ends up putting a headphone in my aux port(a cheap cable can do this) as I like to listen to music off a usb stick

Would people recommend the Jabra speaker or a cheaper or better model/idea around the same price?

    Thanks!

You could get one of those bluetooth radio transmitter things, some of them allow you to put in an sd card or usb and it means you are using you car speakers.

I did look at them in passing as my car(Toyota Corolla) has the lighter socket in front of the gear stick, so would i be hitting off it?

    Possibly

Have you considered changing stereo to one with mic and bluetooth, USB etc?
If you do make sure it has A2DP so your phone can control the stereo music is you ever stream off the phone.

I wouldnt, because the stero I have is great sound and has the usb function I need, be a sin to take it out and replace with a cheaper Aldi/Lidl one just for odd call/satnav

I bought one of those Jabra Bluetooth units that clip onto the visor. They're are excellent, very long battery life (I charge mine maybe every 6-8 weeks) It's very easy to use, crystal clear sound and I have spoken to my wife from work while she was driving and using it and noise reduction is excellent and I could hear her perfectly clear and loud. Highly recommended.

Me personally would say get a decent headphone to headphone cable to do the same for about 55 less.

I find USB for music much better than say on phone and also satnav using that or cable. USB easy to pause, remembers position and track, especially if a DJ mix
