Any suggestions/offers/experience for holidays or places to go for New Years eve 2016. Looking generally for a 3 night break in Europe somewhere - Somewhere Christmassy or Eastern/Northern Europe would be best.

If not a nice house or hotel in an Irish town would do the trick.

Group of couples all around 30's.

I don't know specifically about New Years Eve but they do a great job of making Prague Christmassy (I was there last December). Other Christmassy place I looked at were Krakow, Vienna, Munich, which all looked good.

Berlin on New Year's Eve is the place to be, I want to go there this year myself.

Haven't been there, but people say Edinburgh is good then.
