Need the plastic bezel for my Seiko M796-5a00

Any ideas ? Seiko says its discontinued ? Such a nice watch in-need of a facelift.

    Regards
    Gary

My usual thing is to look for the part or a donor watch on ebay. Can take a while but one usually shows up. With Seiko there is a separate and popular hobby of modding and there are lots of parts available, so you could find similar or better a bezel.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Thanks for that The bezel on this watch is not really a bezel but a plastic top for the watch which has all the info for the buttons so it pretty unique.

    Thanks

Ahh right. Gotcha G. Have you tried contacting Seiko(Europe) directly? They might have the part. I've gotten old, like decades old new old stock parts from them before. They're very helpful a company I found anyway.
