Hi lads,
I'm going to go to Kildalton Ag College as a first year in September! Just wondering does anyone have advice on wheather is be better off staying on the campus or getting student accomodation in Waterford and travelling! I have heard the campus accomodation is strict in terms of coming and going and would like to be able to experience student life freely in waterford. Anything at all thanks?

Definitely try and get accommodation in Waterford if you have your own transport! I stayed in the college and I regretted it because of the boredom and isolation after you finish for the day and yes it was quite strict. Waterford is much more sociable and you might make friends outside of Kildalton through your housemates there etc. If I was going back I'd definitely opt for accommodation in Waterford!

Went to kildalton myself. Stay in Waterford as the boredom of living in kildalton is serious. Sweet F.A to do down there. Templars hall is where all the student accommodation is for WIT

Went meself there accomadation isnt too strict but tis a fierce boring place my advice is try find more lads going there and get a house in templars

Defo stay in waterford lad. Somewhere like lismore park at the back enterence is very handy. The bus is handy to kildalton but u will soon get to know your class and share lifts out.
