Garda interview grounds for appeal

Hi all,

Has anyone had any success in appealing the result from their interview. I had my third interview there last week and was told I was unsuccessful yet again. Who are these panels there ruthless and have no compassion at all.

I feel your pain. I failed the interview before, and I passed at my second attempt.

Any one have any grounds on which to appeal this result I failed resilience even though I proved resilience the moment I went into the interview and told them that I had reached the stage for the third time since 2008?

I really need someone's advice that has successfully appealed an interview decision.

What kind of questions do they ask ? How did you prepare ?
