Bru open for sale sign not removed

The Bru homeless hostel is staying open. 101 homeless off the street. But the for sale sign is still hanging over their heads.
The Bru was a temporary solution. Not set up for long term. The floors have been renewed. A lot more is needed to make this place suitable.
St Johns lane west is about to close putting more homeless on the street.
There are no plans for the future.
No new space for homeless people in Dublin.
Why does city council refuse to remove the sign?
