Connecting digital camera to pc

    Wanted to play some video cassettes from my camcorder(as they do not show properly on my camcorder, blurry and all) to my pc, but I find it difficult to. It just does not seem to connect.
    I have a video capture, aswell aswel as the firewall cable, but my pc does not detect anything, anyone else gone through this before, or know of a solution
