TV cable problems

I'm trying to sort out cables for a new TV in an awkward shaped room. The problem is I have coaxial on both sides of chimney breast. Plus I have speaker cable on the right of chimney breast. However I have now decided to fit a flat screen a little away from chimney to the left. I want to minimise drilling, chasing to minimum but afraid wireless options will effect picture quality. Also I'd like to have TV connected in some way to wired speakers but the cables are wrong side of room. I'm new to this so take advice. I was thinking about cat6 cable to TV along with power, bring this to Sky boy beside left side of fireplace ? Any way I can get signal for sound to other side of chimney where sound cables are all terminated? It's really a balls up because I didn't get cables in right locations 10 years ago....
