I've been using CCleaner for android very successfully. Is it as efficient on iPad mini?

There is no CCleaner for iOS. Any apps claiming to be CCleaner are scam apps.

There are no genuine optimisation or cache cleaning apps for iOS because Apple don't give developers access to system files. More to the point, however, there's no need for them since the OS takes care of most things pretty well by itself.

I had a look at your Piriform link. My wife was about to instal on her iPad mini, but having seen this, she steered clear of it. Thanks
