Golf can be played quickly

My local pro Bobby King today set a new Guinness World record for the most holes of golf played in 24hrs.
He started at 6am this morning in Roscrea Golf Club and finished an hour ago at 6pm after playing 234 holes and walking/jogging/running approx 42mile
This is Bobbys second attempt at breaking the record after falling just short a few weeks ago in Birr. Previous record was 221 holes played
Some of the conditions that applied were that he had to play the course as normal I.e no shortcuts etc. Holes had to be finished out completely.
Bobby used only a 7iron for the day.
While attempting the record he has raised much needed funds for local mental health groups and down syndrome Ireland.
So next Sunday when your out playing and someone comments how it 'only' took 4 hours to play the round, remind them that it can be done on less than an hour
How did the timing work ?
