Down in power

    Hi,

I have a Mazda 3 2008 with the 1.6HDi engine. I have a drop in power nearly like limp mode.
I have discontected the MAF sensor and power is restored. My MAF sensor was reading high at around 10.4 G/S at idle. A new sensor is around 300 from the dealer ouch but can pick up a febi one for around 115
Before I spend the cash has anyone come on this before. I have cleaned the MAF but no joy. There are no errors coming from the ECU with a basic reader that I have

The dealer guy mentioned the turbo pressure booster sensor as the MAF don't normally give trouble so he got me thinking!!
Any ideas from the trusted motor hogs?

    Cheers
    Audioslaven
