Drunk man enters my property

    Drunk man enters my property
I walk him out of my property
While I'm walking back I see he is on the ground
He claims my friend pushed him
Surely he can't sue me when I did nothing to him?

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated

Of course he can sue. Whether he might succeed is another matter. If your friend was found to have been acting in concert with you, there might be problems. You should tell your house insurer. It would be covered on the personal liability element of the policy.

But if I walked him off y property and he was outside on the public path surely he can't sue me from my house insurance?

Did you or your friend push him? You can't get legal advise here.

I didn't.. I just walked him out and left him
I turned around and he was on ground
All I'm asking is he can't sue me if I done nothing to him

You are not making sense. You can be sued by anybody. They can make allegations and unless you deny them and succeed on the evidence you will be found liable. You house insurance covers claims against you personally whether or not the incident happens in your house or not. Next time you find a drunk in your house, call the guards.
