    Just a quick question I'm on disability getting paid in the local post office how long do they hold it for if I wasn't in the country.

    Did you inform them you wouldn't be in the country for several weeks.

    Usually if you do it by the book with the department you shouldn't have any issues , done a 2 week break last summer and payments were waiting when I came back .
    Don't collect for a couple of weeks may look suspect to the department
