    Hi Everyone,

I need a wiring diagram for an 88 JCB 3cx.
It stopped moving today, after blowing a few fuses ( i think this was down to the light switches being switched on and not wired)

In particular the clutch pedal assembly and where the wires from on top of the transmission go.

Also does anyone have the fuses ratings for the fuses in the same machine?
I will need to match wire colours with the function and fuse rating, to ensure everything is correct

    Thank you

Have an 89 , should be the same. Wires from the two solenoids on top of the box would be first port of call, possibly broken or shorting against the can floor. Can take a photo of solenoids if you like.

    Hi Nekarsulm,

    We got it fixed.
There was a wire from the forward reverse lever cracked underneath the dash -white with dark stripe.

When this was fixed, we tested the forward reverse lever and one of the microswitches on the lever was not working.

Maplin did the same microswitch for 2.25 - soldered this in and everything worked.

Can you take a few pics of the tops of the dash?
There is a switch missing and I want to figure out what it is.
    2 for lights
    1 for fan
    4th one broken . . . .

Also if you can take a pic of the fuses in yours, and if you have the corresponding list of what each fuse if for and the correct rating, that would be great.
