Good endocrinologist/naturopath/holistic doctor for thyroid advice

Hi all, just got my blood tests back from the doctor. My free T4 is 13.7 and TSH is 3.56. Although these figures are just within 'the range' or 'normal', I don't feel normal, my libido is low and has been for quiet some time so im looking to raise my T4 and lower my TSH and hope this will correct my low testosterone of 13 nmols/litre (way below the desired amount for a 24 year old healthy male). Cholesterol came back at 5.2, my highest ever even though i am eating the healthiest whole food diet and exercising most days without overdoing it. The past two doctors said I was fine and one recomended i should 'kick a ball around with the lads and go for a pint after and not think about it' and to drink more water even though i drink about 3 litres a day. I'm going back to him on monday for a refferal.

Long story short, does anyone have an advice for me? Anything is appreciated.

Was hoping people might know of good endo's, naturopaths or holistic doctors that can help me. I have no problem travelling, was even looking at a highly reputable doctor in Manhattan.

Thanks, and again any feedback is appreciated.
