Glass for table top

I'm looking for glass to put in a table top, there will be a tv on top so I assume it needs to be toughened? I'm looking at 42 inches by 14 and the glass would be black in colour. Any idea of cost and suggestions of where to purchase? I'm in north county Cork so Cork or Limerick would suit. Thanks.

NSG in cork should be able to do that, they do splash backs and stuff so likely they'd be able to do it.
