Which E46 Android headunit?

I have an Android headunit that I bought off adverts a few years back. No idea on the brand but it's running a very old version of android and has given up the ghost recently. Missing it big time in the car as it had nav built in and the speedo apps were pretty cool. Anyone reccomend a decent replacement? Looking at this…

Looking at this on Amazon (thanks Brexit!) and it also has DAB+ capability which would be sweet as the one I have has terrible FM reception.
