Hello Folks

Not sure if this is the best place for this topic but wanted to start a thread to discuss TV Streaming apps. I have no tv package and not interested in wiring up saorview antennae etc. I was having a look on my AppleTV and noticed there are a lot of TV streaming apps available. (I have been using RTE Player app over airplay but thats brutal)

Has anyone here had any experience with these? One that stood out is iBox.ie it has a native atv app and costs 3 quid a month for basic freeview channels (RTE and the likes)

Whats the story with these types of apps? are they legit, do they have lincensing agreements etc or simply chancers that will eventually get caught and remove from app store?
