Mastitis in a blind teat of a suckler cow

I have a suckler cow that got mastitis in a blind teat. I have treated her with antibiotics and it is nearly cleared up. Every day I am squirting a strong saltywater mix up into also. The problem I am having is that the infection burst outwards. Which was great as it allowed the quarter to drain off the infected material. But a 5-10mm hole has developed as a result of this. I cannot let her back out as it is the perfect place for maggots to grow . If I put Stockholm tart on it travel downwards to the good teat and the calf will stop sucking. Has anyone any ideas for me

put fly pour on on her back, put tar on the wound it wont run onto the other spins, otherwise put sudocreme or cheno on the wound
