As above has anyone made one and if so would really appreciate some pics/advice. I have most bits lying around to make it , a transport box frame , some old gates ,2-3 inch pipes, corrogated sheeting and some sheet metal. Anything else i would need and any mistakes/problems i could encounter?

W have one made up from an old buckrake. It's lying up in the outfarm though so it'll be tomorrow before I can get you a pic.
It wouldn't win any awards for beauty now either:pac:

Here you go, not the prettiest but it does the job for a cheap build. Rebar and box iron were scrap round the yard. Corrugated iron came off a shed roof that fell down.

Do you just put an open trough in it or do you have a hopper on a trough?

We made up a wooden one that slotted onto two bits of rebar that were left sticking out, the other end balanced on some box iron on the inside. But weanlings and their daftness broke it after a few months so we just ended up using a trough.
