    Does anyone know how long SID usually take to respond to emails?

    They replied to me about 24 hours after I emailed them. That was during study week.

    I emailed them on the 15th of June and I still have not got a reply! Do they go on holidays during summer months ?

    I emailed them on the 22nd of June. I'm not really sure what's going on with them. They were on holidays until the 27th of June so they're back this week. They might have a lot of emails to get through? Either way if they don't reply anytime this week it would probably be best to go into them

    I emailed them again yesterday and I got a reply within a few hours.

    They said they never got my email the first time but it says in my inbox that it was sent :confused:

    Try and send it again they should reply as they're open everyday from 9am-5pm
