Great time for them to get into electric planes, as it will intersect with the cost reduction in lithium batteries

The idea of multiple prop-motors (if that's the right term?) sounds like a nice idea for even lift at takeoff, however won't they present drag and weight later?
Possibly also something awkward with centre of gravity having that weight up high?
