    €150 for a monitor
    i5 6400 €170
    8gb DDR4 €50
    1tb HDD €50
    250gb SSD €75
    500w PSU €60
    case €50
    b150 board €60
    Total €670

Leaves 200 odd for the GPU

Should be fine with a 480 yeah, I would recommend the 8gb 480

Is there a particular reason for the 90hz monitor? Most people go higher when they want high rates

A 1080p 120hz or 144hz monitor will be upwards of €200 I'd say so budget will be stretched by €100 or so. A 480 will probably just hit 60 at max in TW3 (my 290 hits about 54fps) so you might have to turn down settings to hit the high frames in newer games. Now The Witcher isn't fab on AMD cards anyways so it's an exception but it's about a benchmark for new games.

That being said 120hz Medium > 60 Ultra for gameplay purposes
