I could have sworn there was a thread about this but I can't find it.

The series follows an epidemic that breaks out in Atlanta, leaving a section of the city cordoned off under quarantine and those stuck on the inside fighting for their lives.

It's a once-off, self-contained event series, 13 episodes, and the CW have confirmed that there will be no season 2.

9 episodes have aired and it has turned into a cracking little show. There is a nice little conspiracy bubbling in the background and episode 9 was the best yet.

Worth a look if you want to try something new.

Yeah I'm watching it but I'm only now about coming up to date. I hadn't realised it was a self-contained season so that makes things better. It's a strong little show. I'm enjoying it a lot so far.

I stopped after 3 episodes because it's really not that good. Clichéd stupidity from all the characters doing exactly what no one would ever do, just to make a story from it. It wasn't a surprise to hear it was cancelled.

Ok.. I just finished catching up.. Ahhhh I dunno now.. It's a bit silly but I'll stay with it because there's only a few more episodes

I gave up on it when I heard it was cancelled but it was great to see Claudia Black back on tv.

I'm sorry but the original (Cordon from Belgium) was way better, I'm looking forward to Season 2 of it on BBC x soon.

Oh didn't realise there was an original version of this, I was holding off on watching this to see if it was worth seeing but knowing there's a Belgian version means I'll watch that and skip the remake.

    All finished.

I don't know what I was expecting from the end, but I suppose that was pretty good.
There was life, death, hope, choice and... comeuppance.

    (And no cliffhangers)

Not bad for a summer show.

Yup. I thought it just ended really. Seems like they just wrapped up because they had to. It was ok but I can't get away from feeling like it was a bit of a waste of time.
