Importing UK Jeep (commercial)

Hi, im just looking at some discovery 4s in the UK and a few commerial ones caught my eye. some have no rear seats and others have a uk rear seat conversions done which comfirms to UK standards. if i decided to import this jeep is it considered a crew cab or a 2 seater van? will i need to get it reclassed as 5 seater…

and how much is the vrt ? 13.5% or flat van rate?
