Quick land registry mapping query

I am completing a transfer map for a partial transfer of a rural property.
I have a genuine folio map here. Now Ive no problem mapping the portion for transfer on that map.
My query - there is a right of way to be mapped also to access the newly divided property. The right of way is through an adjoining folio although in same ownership.
Can I mark this right of way on same map or do I need to get an additional osi map or even an official folio map for the adjoining property concerned.
New job and dont want to ask boss silly questions day one.

Mark it on a copy map and ask the solicitor to confirm that it's what is required..... Is what I'd do.

But if you absolutely have to make a choice, I'd Mark it on the same map.

Ps, it's not a silly question at all

Yup- don't worry about asking the boss. It's not "a simple thing you should know" - so no need to worry.

I've done them on the same map before - although usually nowadays I do them in Vector form on a digital OS Map so if I balls one up I haven't wasted the original.

If you're doing it in ink on an original definitely check first!!!

Its really silly if you don't ask questions!! I once had a boss who everyone was scared sh**less to ask so I did and he said I'm glad you asked me that. I had another one who didn't answer when I asked and we all reckoned then he didn't know either.
    Same map for me
