How to put Netflix US on a smart tv

Hi, was just wondering is it possible to convert Netflix Ireland to Netflix US on a smart tv? I've heard of people doing it on Xbox's and was wondering if it's possible in a smart tv? I'm not good at electrical stuff so if instructions could be as clear as a possible thanks
