PS4 only displaying 480p

    Up to two days ago my PS4 was working perfectly until when I plugged in the hdmi nothing displayed on my BenQ GW2270 monitor. I tried different hdmi cables and plugging it into different ports but it didn't work. I booted it into safe mode and the ps4 displayed it but it flickered with tints of green. I tried rebuilding database changing resolution and now it only displays at 480p. Putting it into 720p flickers green and 1080i and 1080p don't display anything and the monitor flickers between 'No cable connected' and just a blank black screen. Finally disabling dhcp seemed to help reduce the flickering on 480p. Don't kno why but just thought I'd mention it.
    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    ****Also, there's no problem with the monitor as my PC works perfectly and I can access the ps4 via remote play and there's no flicker there
