Hi everyone, just a quick question if anyone is in the know about these things..

I'm interested in raising animals for our own consumption, and was hoping there would be somewhere willing to do the dirty work for us. Is this unusual or are there people like myself looking to raise their own meat?

Id feel a bit cheeky asking the local butcher a question like this.

    region / area isn't important. Anyone? :)

I have used Rawles in Ballinalee, Co. Longford . Good job, and will hang and chill for you.
Also, here is a website of interest.

    Thank you for replying :)

I was kindly PM'd a number or two to try, but I'm glad of any information. Knowing where your food is coming from means an awful lot to me. Thanks again for replying, and the link.

    Est.
