Magnet FTTH 3 Week Down

    Hi All, So I'm now in week 4 of no broadband access on Magnet FTTH. I've had 3 onsite eirnotcom "engineer" visits and still nothing. They confirmed a fault on the line and "repaired2 it.

    The LOS let on the huawai HG8010 ONT is not lit which suggest a config issue. FTTH has been working for 1+ years without issue but now its gone for almost 1 month.

    I'm pretty sure part of the problem is something in the settings on the Huawai ONT so if anyone else has a magnet FTTH connection I'd really appreciate of they could let me know the WAN connection settings. The IP of the ONT should be 192.168.100.1, I have the default user name and password (easily found online) so if someone has a similar setup to me I'd really appreciate the help to confirm the correct setup to the ONT at least
