Accomodation in Swords or Santry

Hi there my husband has recently started a new job in Dublin.. Would any of you any places either in Santry or Swords as he is willing to share a house or apartment. He will be up in Dublin for 9 months and will be staying up for 4 nights per week. we have tried DAFT.IE website, but rental prices seem to be crazy .
