Looking to get a house survey done on a house i recently went sale agreed on. Just wondering what seems to be the going rate for a survey these days. The house in question is a three bed mid terrace in D14. From what i can gather talking to a few colleagues 350 seems to be ball park. Does this seem right to people?

Also if anyone has a surveyor they recommend please send on any details.

    Cheers :)

Hi, just done one in Cork few weeks ago. The best offer found with local engineer was 350+VAT. The rest of companies were offering from 400 +VAT onwards.
