Is it OK to have 15s on front and 16s on back ? I'm after buying a set of wheels but they different sizes , after getting robbed

Yeah, it's generally ok. Unless the car is AWD

It's fwd. The tires on the bigger wheels are lower profile anyway so the wheels are probably same size.

My biggest concern is will it be noticeable tho

Stick the bigger on the back for appearance purposes and it will be grand.
Stick the wheel and tyre sizes up here and we will see if the rolling radius is close.
don't be tempted to keep the wheels of equal size on one side of the car.

Be careful of different radius of wheels it can play havoc with ABS and electronic stability control on some cars.

Have you thought about where you are going to put the two spare wheels?

    Have a think about it...

If your spare is a 16 and you have 2 16's and 2 15's on the car, if you get a puncture on one of the 15's you will have to put the spare 16 on and end up with 3 16's and one 15 on the car. I'm not a mechanic but I don't imagine this would be safe. Maybe somebody else can verify if it is or not.
The same problem would occur if you only carry a 15 as a spare so the only solution would be to carry both a spare 15 and a spare 16.

Ya that's a good point actually. I'm not going to put them on the car unless I can find 2 15s somewhere.

Does anyone know if they stopped making ice alloys I can't find them online anywhere. They are 7 spoke ?

Op, you'll be OK as long as wheels overall circumference/diameter remain similar. Widely available online tyre calculators would help with that.

Refer to car's manual what difference is acceptable.

That also applies to a spare wheel, so don't panic - you don't need to have 2 spares all the time with you.
