I have noticed a few houses to rent with a lease of three years.. I was just wondering with the new rules of rent increase of only every two years.. If I signed a three year lease for say 900 a month, can they up the rent after the two years by a few hundred or must they stick with the agreed amount for the three years

Rent review can't happen in the first two years, after that it's whatever you've negotiated in the lease.
