Where are we in the billing cycle?

    Did billing start in Feb 2015 and have 5 bills in total been issued,ie Feb, May, Aug and Nov 2015 and Feb 2016.  I need to clarify as I have paid more more bills than I have been credited with. The payments appear on my bank statements but not on Irish Water statements which show me in arrears

    Billing commenced in January 2015 and there have been a total of 5 billing cycles so far.

    If you would like us to look into this, would you mind providing the following details by PM?

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact Number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.
