Argos faulty kettle, no box

    Hi all,

I bought a kettle a few weeks ago from Argos. The kettle packed it in today and although I have an E-receipt, I no longer have the box it came in.

Can I get a replacement without the box?

    Thanks in advance.

Boxes are not required for returning/replacing/refunding (at the retailers choice) items under consumer rights despite what Irish mammies through the generations seem to be convinced - my parents still have the boxes pretty much everything came in in the attic!
