Turns out it was my brother phoning me from Oz, different number than he usually uses though.

I've been getting calls from India every day recently - a google of the number said is a bunch of webpage design fellas who are touting for business (getting my number off whois).

So I blocked their number on my phone and today it came through as +888-2502 (which was the last 7 digits of their number). They're obviously desperate for business. :P
