So my Mrs got a Moto X(second gen) recently, second hand from her brother but with a clean install running Marshmallow 6.0

She is having a problem with our wifi at home. Initially it worked fine but not its stopped working for her. Signal still showing but shes getting "authenticating, signal poor" and "authentication problem" Her first wifi connection on the phone was at another location is thats any way relevant.
We are with Vodafone for the fibre broadband and never had an issue on any other devices(Apple, Windows, Android)

Now Ive never used Android devices but will have a look at it this evening when I get home from work but looking for any advice or possible solutions.

    Cheers in advance.

Sounds like it might just a wrong key. Go into wifi setting and press and hold your finger on your home network. A popup will appear and click on Forget to clear the settings for that particular network.

Thanks that seemed to do the trick. Forgot the network and then logged back in to it and it worked fine. Hopefully sorts for good. Had a quick google of the issue and there were all sorts of remedies being offered.
