New Connection

    I have been contacting IW almost every day for 2 weeks asking for an update on my new connection quote. Every time I ring I have been told I would be emailed with the quote before close of business that day. Once off the phone nobody gets back in touch or emails me the promised quote. I have a new house and the only thing stopping me moving in is that I do not have a water connection. I sent in the application months ago.

    Can somebody please please look into this.

    Hi Niall,

    I still haven't received anything like a response that explains the situation. 

    I am being told it is with another department because i made a complaint about the quote. I didn't make a complaint and I haven't received the quote. When i said this nobody can tell me why it is with the finance department. I am told that nobody can contact the finance department! I said this in the PM to you but i got no reply.

    I explained my urgency above, can somebody please please please take the initiative on this and get to the bottom of why my application is held up. I have explained my urgency above. I have heard of other people getting this within a few days. Mine is taking months.
