CAO Deferred Offer

I'm taking up my deferred course in WIT, I should receive a offer early in July. I want to know what happens when I accept the offer, will I receive confirmation straight away from the college and cao or will I have to wait till the end of August to receive a letter/email because it'll be after round 1?
