2007 Mercedes C220 CDI buying advice

Looking for a bit of advice on a C220 for my brother. I saw this one online, sent him the link and he said it's been up for 2 months.

I'm wondering what could be stopping it from selling. Remember it's in the north so tax and insurance aren't the high costs as they are here. At face value the car looks good, nice condition, good pics, service history, bit desperate to sell! So any psychics here able to tell me what's wrong with it! What common faults or known problems are affecting it that have kept it from selling? Any advice welcomed, thanks.

Its a 07 so the VRT would be high so it wouldnt be mad for a white reg plate on the back

Insurance is going up in the uk as well

It has the AMG bits but is not an AMG could put some people off

Thanks Bazzy, I should have mentioned the car is staying in the north so no vrt or exchange rates to worry about.
The amg bits seem to be standard on the sport model, gives it a nicer front splitter and skirts and a sportier look in general.
