    1.4 ST 16V Petrol model that has somehow ran dry...

    I'm getting different recommendations on on-line tools when I enter Reg. number regarding what oil to put into this car - from 0W40, 5W30 to 10W40??.

    What is the correct oil to use?

    From Autodata, see the details below. 5w40 or 5w30 fully synthetic, A3 classification.

    cheers, was swaying more towards the 5W/40 so I put that in.
