Recommendation for Group Therapy

    Hi,

I'm a recent Counselling & Psychotherapy graduate who has undergone 50 hours of personal therapy and is thinking of trying group therapy. Whilst having made a lot of progress in my personal therapy, i'm curious to try group therapy as I still have issues (anxiety/confidence) when I am in every day life groups (work/family).

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good place that runs therapy groups I could join in Dublin for a reasonable fee? Do you think it is an effective form of therapy?

    Thanks,
    Anthony
