American style covered patio

Does anyone have any experience, or know of any companies that would have experience with american style patios? Something like this - We would want screens like the first picture to keep our cat in.

Plenty of pub smoking areas are constructed in that fashion

Perhaps have a look at local bars?

Any competent local carpenter would have no problem setting that up.
It's only decking with a roof on it and mesh panels for walls.
