why is my sky broadband so slow?

In the last two weeks or so the sky broadband is almost unusable during the day. Very slow, Keeps dropping , wifi dreadful.

Then its perfectly fine and fast in the evening!

Who could I contact to see if there's a solution to this please?

    Thanks

Sky? They will then contact Eircom who will then see why it's not working properly.

Test it with a wired connection.

Wifi is subject to local interference which is your responsibility and not your ISP's, if that is the cause.

Not sure what modem/routers Sky are using in Ireland but the UK "Sky Hubs" are notorious for poor WiFi due to issues with the power supply and antennas. They only use the 2.4 GHz band for wifi
