Intermittent broadband connection

    Hi, I have a problem with my broadband. The speed goes from a few kilobytes/ second to about 15 mbs. The ping is also ridiculously high. I have gone through all the over the phone stuff and had a representative out but the problem still persists. I have spent about five to six hours on the phone to your company and can't see the point of ringing them anymore. What's wrong and what will be done?
