Has anyone any experience of using Nuhaus?

Can anyone tell me of their experiences of using Nuhaus for renovations / extensions? I think you will need to private message me your experiences but any responses would be greatly appreciated as we are trying to decide whether to use them or a traditional architect. Thanks in advance.
