Hey guys, would really appreciate some light on this!

What are my chances that I can move from audit in a small firm to audit or corporate finance at the big four? After I get ACA qualified.

    Thanks a million!

All depends on the size of the firm. Big 4/GT have been expanding rapidly this year and have been taking on staff from firms outside the top 20 that would be considered small.

Cool cool, thanks! Would they take much out of the top 20?

The big 4 seem to be perennially short of seniors, so absolutely you have a chance of getting a job in one once you qualify.
I've seen several people in my Big 4 firm come in from smaller firms, do their year or two in big 4 then move on to roles in industry.
