Job share hours - entitled to CID?

    Just applying for various jobs near my home area at the mo. Interview for job share hours tomorrow. Principal said he would up theses hours substantially with one of my subjects and resource in August.Just wondering if I had to job share next year year can job share hours entiltle you to CID? If you job share are you paid over your holidays also?

    Job Share hours don't count towards CID unfortunately

    They still count in building up your years though. If you got the job for this coming year, for the following year you need to maximise your own hours over any job share hours to count for your CID.

    As said above, they don't count for CID, but you will be paid over summer, and will have hours for increments.

    8 hrs are now def my own so if I up it to full 11 hrs ie 11 my own and 11 job share can than count towards CID - teacher I will be sharing with more than like retiring in next year or two. Thanks for feedback :) wish there were people in the dept we could easily pose theses questions took and not on a discussions board!!!

    The job share hours will never count for CID purposes, only for increments

    Under the conditions of the ward report, the job share hours WILL count towards a CID as long as you have some hours of your own with the job share hours. I can confirm this, as a small portion of my fixed term hours last year were job share and they were counted as part of my CID.
