Exchange charge

I get USD transfers regularly to my account, and there is a flat €5 charge every time - regardless of the amount.

I've had to increase the frequency of these transfers recently, and the charge is - quite frankly - really taking the piss, it will add to a substantial amount every year.

What kind of more proportionate charge can BoI do for me, to persuade me not to move bank accounts?
